By using the Stelvie mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Entertainment Purpose

Stelvie provides astrological content for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Our readings, compatibility analyses, tarot interpretations, and other content should not be considered professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.

2. Account

You must sign in with Apple to use Stelvie. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3. Subscriptions

• Stelvie offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. AI-Generated Content

Stelvie uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to generate personalized astrological content. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of AI-generated readings. Content is generated dynamically and may vary between sessions.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, including journal entries. By using the App, you grant us permission to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
• Share your account credentials with others.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, code, and branding, is the property of Stelvie App. The tarot card artwork, user interface design, and all visual elements are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stelvie App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on astrological content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Argentina.
