Stelvie App ("we", "our", "us") operates the Stelvie mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

When you use Stelvie, we collect the following information:

• Account information: Your name and email address provided through Apple Sign In.
• Birth data: Your date of birth, time of birth, and city of birth, which you provide during onboarding to calculate your astrological birth chart.
• App-generated content: Daily readings, tarot spreads, compatibility results, and journal entries created within the app.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or any information beyond what you explicitly provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To calculate your astrological birth chart using astronomical algorithms (Swiss Ephemeris).
• To generate personalized astrological readings using AI (Google Gemini). Only your zodiac signs and birth chart data are sent to the AI model, not your name or contact information.
• To save your readings, journal entries, and preferences so they are available across sessions.
• To manage your subscription status.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore) with encryption in transit and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored securely in your device's Keychain. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

4. AI Processing

Stelvie uses Google Gemini AI to generate personalized readings, tarot interpretations, and compatibility analyses. Your zodiac sign information (Sun, Moon, Rising signs) is sent to the AI for content generation. The AI does not retain your personal data between requests.

5. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google Cloud): Authentication and data storage.
• Google Gemini: AI content generation.
• RevenueCat: Subscription management.
• Apple: Sign In with Apple authentication.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen within the app.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in the app.
• Delete your account and all associated data permanently.
• Export your data by contacting us.

8. Children's Privacy

Stelvie is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date.
